Okay, lately I have been more fond of the color, but specifically I'm talking about one Alicia Moore a.k.a. Pink.

I always liked her music, but never really thought one way or the other about her. But last night I was watching Letterman (great performance btw) and near the end of the song, I was just like. Gah! I LOVE her!

She sang "Who Knew" which I think is great, especially because her record label said, No, U & Ur Hand is going to be the next single--which is a great song, and single worthy, but Pink just doesnt want to release it cause it sounds too much like other songs out there right now (which is completely true considering the writers of that song have written one of Kelly Clarkson's singles, one of Avril's, and a bunch of Ashlee Simpson's--> all of whom recieve lots of airplay)


and just cause I'm already on a Plug Pink Kick, I'll also mentionthat I love how she's (well, in her getting older and more mature I suppose) become more laid back. I mean, yeah she's still controversial with her statements and stuff sometimes (i.e. Stupid Girls, haha I love that video) SERIOUSLY!! YOU HAVE TO WATCH IT!! She takes a few jabs at Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan, Jessica Simpson, et al.

But her music is also growing more. She's more versatile than I would have expected a few years ago. I saw her perform once on the ESPY awards with some country artist, and was really surprised with how great she sounded singing country, and I think there's a little bit of that influence on her album. An example of coming close to this would be the Dear Mr. President performance that I absolutely ADORE! So I'm gonna post that, and also a video of a very country-ish-vibe song on her album that she's singing on tour.
