Okay, so things might not be as bad as I thought they would be.
9/06/2005 01:47:00 PM I found a new lab that has recently been updated with Adobe Premiere, so now I can just worry about either fixing my computer, or buying a decent enough laptop that I can take to London with me, instead of worrying about buying a MAC with Adobe Premiere or fixing AND upgrading my own computer with the software/hardware needed. So basically, I just have to spend less money that I thought. Which is good. It's amazing how much of a relief the thought of not being in more debt brings me. So by Friday, I should have Ruth and my credit card mostly paid off, and then I'll just have to worry about saving money for London. 'Tis good. Not to bore you all with the mundane details of my monetary matters. On a lighter note, I think I may be developing allergies. I have been sneezing way too much lately, and can't sleep because the truckloads of mucus in my head start to roll down my throat at night. I should look into that. Untill then, I'll continue to grab for kleenex every 15 seconds untill I decide to give up on sleep and just watch some episodes of Friends (as was my solution last night). It's amazing how much that show can make you feel better. It truly is the best gift of distraction from life--or mucus. |
