Throughout all of my childhood I never, recalled ever keeping a diary. Which I thought would make blogging a little wierd, when I started.

However, apparently I lie to myself, because today I found TWO diaries, that I had kept around 6th grade and earlier. Okay, so "kept" is an overstatement. One diary only had one entry in it, and the other I started in Kearney before we moved here, and then it skips to us living here, and then I think some entries from what had to be 7th grade. It was all very strange and foreign. Although I had some powerful little entries there that reminded me of (literally) another time/place in my life. Some were kinda surprising (in a surprisingly angry, guilty, or sad way).

Regardless....my efforts here in this blog, make me more proud that I have actually journaled a little more than 5 or 6 times. And (at least for now) I keep coming back.

If only I can be brave enough to actually blog/journal as much and as thorough as I'd like. Which would be daily, and not always about things like finding a diary, but documenting something in particular that is goign on in my life (that I can look back on later, and remember). Now this is just getting all blahhhh sounding. Anyways. Blasts from the past. They get ya every time.
